What it is

You're about to do business with a company in Africa — a supplier, a distributor, a joint-venture partner, a buyer. Their website looks fine. Their emails are professional. But is the company real? Does the office exist? Are the references genuine?

Our local associate goes and checks. Physically. The report tells you what we found, with evidence you can act on.

Who it's for

Exporters, importers, credit insurers, investors — anyone about to wire money, ship goods, or sign an agreement with a counterparty they haven't met in person.

What's included

• Registry check — company registration, legal status, directors, and standing with the relevant commercial registry and tax authority
• Site visit — a local associate visits the stated business address, confirms the premises exist and match the claimed activity
• Bank and reference calls — we contact the company's bank and 2–3 trade references to confirm the relationship
• Photo evidence — dated photographs of the premises, signage, and relevant documents
• Risk assessment — a plain-language verdict: verified, verified with caveats, or flagged — with the reasoning

What you get

A written verification report (PDF) with all findings, evidence, and our assessment. If the counterparty checks out, you proceed with confidence. If it doesn't, you've saved yourself a costly mistake for a fraction of what the deal was worth.
